Admissions at The Connect Charter School

We rely on a first come, first served waitlist system to determine enrollment. Once again, we are so pleased you have chosen The Connect Charter School and we look forward to receiving your waitlist request.

What to Expect After You Apply for the Connect Waitlist
Have you submitted your student’s name to the waiting list yet? Here’s the timeline you can expect after adding your student:
October: Student's Fifth Grade Year
Students entering fifth grade are selected from the Connect waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Students should receive their Welcome Letter the first week of October.
November
Deadline for registration. Families must register their student by the second week of November. Some late applications may be accepted after this date. Connect also hosts a fifth grade parent orientation to support the year ahead.
December - April
Connect works with parents and students to build an academic plan for the student's first year of middle school. Students may take a math placement exam or create writing samples.
May - August
Students are assigned summer work to help them prepare for sixth grade. They may have tutoring opportunities. Connect also hosts a sixth grade orientation to ease the transition.

Tours and Events at Connect Charter School
Tours and open houses operate throughout the year. Find a date that works best for you and pay us a visit! You can observe a day in the life of a Connect Charter School student, plus meet teachers and administrators and check out the classrooms and grounds. We are always happy to share our school with other potential students, so please feel free to bring along other families. It is always wonderful for students to have built-in friendships on their first day of school.
